Dairy, cheeses and eggs are local and/or organic. All of our products are as local as possible! The owner and executive chef is constantly relocalizing our ingredients. She recently graced our pantries with local salt and local olive oil too! For packaging, we use compostable paper ware, wrapping and utensils. If you want to arrange compost pick up at your place of business, call your waste management provider. We have been composting with Cedar Grove since 2005. All of this and our food is delicious too!
